Revenue & Lead Generation Manager

You are a dynamic and proactive individual responsible for driving revenue and lead generation at makeO toothsi through strategic partnerships and on-ground marketing initiatives. Your role includes managing tie-ups, organizing camps, and ensuring effective execution to achieve consistent business growth. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying and establishing tie-ups with relevant partners such as doctors, salons, and gyms, maintaining daily engagement to ensure lead flow and revenue contribution. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing daily lead inflow, meeting revenue targets from each source consistently, and planning & executing RWA and corporate camps to drive lead and revenue generation through these events. In addition, you will coordinate pre-event planning and execution, including communication, logistics, and manpower allocation for each camp, driving crowd engagement and participation. You will be accountable for planning and allocating the right manpower for each activity and event to ensure smooth operations, as well as generating revenue and leads through non-traditional sources and on-ground initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in on-ground marketing, sales, or partnership roles. You must possess strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets through field activities. Your ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is essential for success in this position.
