Job Description

Conduct field inspections and surveys of land parcels proposed for acquisition under infrastructure and public utility projects
Verify land ownership records, valuation details, land use classification, and encumbrances
Liaise with landowners, local bodies, and government officials to ensure smooth land acquisition processes
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on compensation, rehabilitation, and resettlement measures
Ensure compliance with relevant land acquisition laws, policies, and regulatory frameworks
Assist in addressing disputes, compensation claims, and grievance redressal from landowners and affected parties
Maintain proper documentation of acquisition proceedings, compensation disbursals, and legal correspondence
Facilitate coordination between project teams, legal advisors, and government departments
Support internal and external audits by furnishing acquisition-related data and records
Respond to legal notices, RTIs, and public inquiries related to acquired lands as required
