Retrofiting Engineers

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Retrofitting Engineer based in Kochi. Your main responsibilities will include assessing existing structures, designing and implementing retrofitting solutions, conducting site inspections, analyzing structural integrity, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with project teams, prepare reports, and manage project timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Assess existing structures and recommend retrofitting solutions - Design and implement retrofitting solutions - Conduct site inspections and analyze structural integrity - Ensure compliance with safety standards - Coordinate with project teams and manage project timelines - Prepare reports related to retrofitting projects Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Retrofitting - Proficiency in CAD software, Structural Analysis tools, and Project Management software - Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in managing and supervising construction projects - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field - Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus,
