Retrofit Tendering Engineer Full Time Navi Mumbai, India Sulzer is a leading engineering company with a proud heritage of innovation Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society, We are looking for a Retrofit Tendering Engineer to join our Services_INMEC team in India , Your main tasks and responsibilities: Review Customer RFQ documentation, including drawings, specifications, and data sheets, to understand the scope of work and Customer requirement, Analyze project requirements and identify key technical and commercial aspects, Prepare technical proposals that meet client needs and Tender requirements, Prepare clarifications and queries for clients to ensure all project aspects are clear Any open point to be discussed and address before converting the opportunity into order, Based on the Customer budget and requirement make necessary recommendation, To succeed in this role, you will need: Work experience: 5 Years and above in Pump industry preferable/ Optional Rotary equipment, Expertise (eg professional, technical): Application engineer, SAP SD, MM Module, Technocommercial T&C Education: Level: BE/B-tech Subject: Mechanical Engineer Languages: English / Marathi / Hindi Soft skills: SAP, Pump selection tool, MS Office, CRM (Salesforce), Other: Communication Skills, Negotiating skill and ability to adapt to change What we offer you: 22 vacation days + 9 days Casual leave + 8 days Sick Leave + 13 days Festival holidays Defined contribution pension scheme Hospitalization insurance benefit On-site car parking Subsidized cafeteria Long service award No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role Do you have a question about the role Reach out to Sanjiv Mishra at sanjivmishra@sulzer Our team is looking forward hearing from you!
