Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the retreat, ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Coordinate with Ayurveda doctors, yoga instructors, spa staff & kitchen teams
• Manage guest check-ins, schedules, and wellness programs
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and overall ambience
• Address guest queries and feedback with warmth and professionalism
• Support marketing and guest relations (online reviews, feedback, etc.)
• Supervise ad-hoc projects and maintainence tasks with help of the maintainence team
• Establish and monitor security protocols, purchasing, and financials.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in hospitality or wellness industry (retreat/resort/spa/hotel experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• A calm, guest-first mindset with a passion for wellness living
• Knowledge of Ayurveda, yoga or wellness tourism is a plus
