Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Ayurveda Doctor, located in Kodungallur. The Senior Ayurveda Doctor will perform consultations and assessments based on Ayurvedic principles to understand patients’ body constitution and dosha imbalances. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing personalized treatment plans, advising on diet, yoga, and exercises suitable for each body type and climate, and supervising Ayurvedic treatments and procedures. The doctor will also collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to ensure high-quality care and a holistic approach to wellness. Location Veda5 Ayurveda Living Village, Kaipamangalam, Kerala Qualifications BAMS or MD (Ayurveda) Minimum 15 years of experience Fluent in English Expertise in Ayurveda principles, treatments, and procedures Strong diagnostic skills and ability to analyze dosha imbalances Experience in planning personalized treatment plans including medicine, diet, yoga, and exercises Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team of therapists and professional staff Doctoral degree in Ayurvedic Medicine (BAMS) or equivalent Certification or accreditation from additional recognized Ayurveda boards or institutions is a plus

Qualifications: 10+ years in hospitality or wellness industry (retreat/resort/spa/hotel experience preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English.
