Retirements and Benefits Specialist

As a Retirements and Benefit Specialist at Barclays Asia in Singapore, you will be joining the HR Reward team as a subject matter expert in the management, construction, implementation, and administration of various Pension and Benefit Plans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, implement, and provide governance to employee retirement plans and benefits programs. - Resolve any related issues and provide counsel when necessary. - Ensure retirement plans and benefit programs are compliant with internal governance requirements and external regulations. - Educate employees and managers on available retirement and benefit options. - Conduct market research and develop appropriate retirement and benefits strategies. - Engage and manage external vendors/stakeholders for the administration and delivery of retirement and benefits services. - Provide oversight and governance to all cost elements relevant to the provision of retirement and benefits plans. **Qualifications Required:** - Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to integrate numerous viewpoints. - Strong attention to detail and ability to provide solutions in times of ambiguity. - Degree/University degree or relevant work experience. - Experience with Workday. - Project management skills and ability to work effectively to exacting deadlines. - Proficient in Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Mature and able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information. - Must be a team player and demonstrate logic and common sense. **Additional Details of the Company:** Barclays Values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship are the moral compass guiding all colleagues.
