Retial Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance:
• Greet and assist customers with their purchases.
• Provide detailed information about products or services.
• Help customers with product selection and suggest alternatives based on needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Sales Processing:
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
• Issue receipts and handle returns/exchanges.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer preferences, and feedback.
• Inventory Management:
• Stock shelves and counters with products.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the inventory team of low stock items.
• Assist in regular stock counts and ensure inventory is properly organized.
• Promotions and Marketing:
• Inform customers about ongoing sales, discounts, and promotional offers.
• Suggest up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase sales.
• Ensure promotional materials are displayed effectively at the counter.
• Customer Service:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter environment.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets.
• Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and increasing sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
