This role is for you if:

What you’ll own:

✨ Customer journeys that feel natural, not pushy

📊 Retention, repeat rate & LTV (yes, the important stuff)

📩 Campaigns across WhatsApp, Push, Email, SMS

🧪 Experiments, learnings, and continuous optimization

🤝 Collaboration with Growth, Product & Ops teams


What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years of experience in 

    CRM / Retention / Lifecycle Marketing

  • Hands-on experience with Excel and spreadsheet tools
  • Strong analytical thinking with a customer-first mindset
  • Someone who asks “why didn’t they return?” before asking “what should we send?”
