About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Meet daily weekly and monthly sales targets 2. Manage store operations ensure stock availability and maintain customer data 3. Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions 4. Handle cash manage inventory and maintain the store's presentation Requirements: 1. Have experience in retail sales; freshers or candidates with at least 2 years of experience are welcome 2. Understand retail sales processes and customer engagement 3. Be proficient in inventory management and familiar with POS systems like Shopify 4. Possess excellent interpersonal skills fluent in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is a plus 5. Hold an educational background in Marketing Sales or a related field (preferred) 6.
