About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media 2. Greet customers warmly and resolve issues efficiently and professionally 3. Troubleshoot order-related issues including delays, damages, exchanges, and cancellations 4.
