About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media 2. Greet customers warmly and resolve issues efficiently and professionally 3. Troubleshoot order-related issues including delays, damages, exchanges, and cancellations 4. Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or team lead when necessary 5. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and understanding product details 6. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery 7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software 8. Log complaints, feedback, and resolutions for quality tracking and improvement 9. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved 10. Promote repeat purchases through courteous service and informing customers about new offers or products 11. Collect customer feedback and suggestions for service improvement 12. Provide daily and weekly reports on customer concerns and resolutions to the manager 13. Stay updated on all product features, new launches, pricing, and company policies 14. Confidently guide customers through choices based on their needs Requirements: 1. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages as needed 2. Apply active listening and empathy in customer interactions 3. Maintain a problem-solving attitude 4. Possess basic knowledge of order management and CRM systems 5. Manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure 6. Show a strong customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering great experiences 7. Exhibit strong organizational skills with attention to detail 8. Prove ability to manage tasks effectively and build customer loyalty 9.
