Retail Store Manager

Job Summary: As a experienced Kids Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers, reaching sales targets and managing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on driving sale and providing excellent customer service.
• Manage stock and inventory by following SOPs.
• Display of merchandise, floor plan and visual merchandising.
• Provide sales team with feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations like preparing and submitting reports, and monitoring sales receipts and cash.

EXPERIENCE :

• Minimum 3 years experience as store manager.
• Minimum 2 years experience in fashion retail or kids store.

Qualification: both master/ bachelor degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
