Retail Store Lead

As an experienced retail staff member at Freedom Tree, your primary responsibility will be to attend to customers and provide exceptional service at our Pune, Thane, and Hyderabad stores. You will also be expected to assist with store operations to ensure smooth functioning and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Key responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. - Maintain a neat and organized store environment. - Process transactions accurately and efficiently. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives. - Contribute ideas for improving store processes and enhancing customer experience. - Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
