Retail Store Executive

You will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store by managing inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store area. Your role will also involve coordinating with customers for order delivery and assisting in the packaging of parcels and products. This position requires attention to detail, basic knowledge of stock management, and the ability to work under supervision. The ideal candidate will have good physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and a cooperative attitude. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments, arranging and organizing products on shelves, checking stock levels regularly, and informing supervisors of low inventory. You will also be responsible for tracking products on shelves, reporting any damaged or expired items, maintaining accurate records of stock, and performing periodic inventory counts. Additionally, you will help in labelling and tagging items for easy identification. In terms of store maintenance, you will be required to keep the store area clean, tidy, and organized, ensure products are displayed neatly and are easily accessible, and dispose of packaging materials and waste properly. You will also assist customers or staff members with locating products, help in packing and moving goods within the store or stockroom, and follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe store environment. As part of general support, you will assist in basic administrative tasks as directed by the Store Manager, report any issues or discrepancies immediately to the supervisor, and perform other duties as assigned to support store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and carefully packing products, ensuring quality standards, and preparing them for shipment. This is a full-time position with the working hours from 11:00 am to 8:30 pm. The job type is Full-time and Permanent. A Yearly bonus is also provided. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of work experience. The work location is in person, and the candidate should be willing to work in a day shift.,
