Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for female Retail Staff located in Gwalior. As a Retail Staff member, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store presentation. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, offering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is advantageous
