Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Kerala, India. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in their purchases, providing detailed information about products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing product displays, handling sales transactions, offering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves keeping up-to-date with product features and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail sales techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle sales transactions efficiently
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role in the retail industry is an advantage
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
