Retail Sales Officer

As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and channel partners in the coatings, paints, automotive refinishing, wood finishes, or plumbing/construction chemicals industries. With 2 to 5 years of experience in B2C or Channel Sales, you will ensure product availability and visibility at key counters while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new dealers/applicators, conducting product training, demos, and application trials, executing in-store branding and promotional campaigns, and supporting marketing activities in the retail segment. You will be expected to maintain daily sales reports, competitor tracking, and coordinate with distributors for order flow, stock updates, and collection. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, territory mapping expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and in-depth product knowledge in coatings, chemicals, or paints. Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM software will be beneficial. A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred. Ideally, you should have a minimum educational qualification of a Graduate in any stream, with a preference for a BBA/MBA in Marketing or Sales, or a Diploma in Paints/Chemicals/Coatings. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund and a day shift schedule. Fluency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.
