Role: Retail Sales Officer (RSO) Brand : Mia by Tanishq ( Diamond Jewellery Showroom ) Location : Whitefield Main Road , Bangalore Job Description : The RSO has to welcome the customer visiting the retail showroom , understand customer requirement and recommend Diamond Jewellery accordingly. He has to focus and achieve various Sale Metrics & Retail Metrics . The RSO has to take part in Customer engagement activities as also various BTL activities. He has to participate in regular training sessions organized by Brand and implement this in his customer transaction . The required candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience in Retail industry . He must be pleasant and customer-centric . He must be fluent in English & Hindi with good communication skill.He must be a good team player . Timing : 12pm to 9pm on weekdays 11am to 9 pm on weekend Weekly off on Weekdays Salary : Salary will be decided on current salary drawn as also overall work experience Incentive : Multiple Sale Incentive Structure, based on sale performance . Other Benefits : Providend Fund, ESIC & Health Insurance Date of joining : Immediate
