Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively. Knowledge of renovation, construction, remodeling, and interior design principles is beneficial. Multilingual abilities are an asset for communicating with diverse clientele. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain accurate records using retail math principles. Familiarity with product demos, lighting sales, maintenance services, and merchandising strategies is advantageous. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
