Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our mobile accessories retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile gadgets, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. --- Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in the store. Provide detailed information about products such as mobile covers, screen guards, chargers, earphones, and other accessories. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product features and benefits. Handle billing, cash/card payments, and maintain daily sales records. Maintain product displays and keep the shop area clean and organized. Update stock levels and report low/in-demand items to the manager. Achieve monthly sales targets and promote new arrivals/offers. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate if needed. --- Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent. Experience in retail sales (preferably in electronics/mobile accessories) is a plus. Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Gujarati – as required]. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories. Friendly, polite, and confident personality.
