Position - Retail Sales Executive- Tanishq Job Location - Annanagar,Chennai Reporting to - Store Manager / Floor Manager 1. Scope of the role To assist customers in the sales process and ensure targets are met every month. 2. Job Profile Ø Responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs Ø To provide Excellent Customer Service. Ø To ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase 3. The right person Ø +2 or any Degree with 0 – 5 years of experience in retail sales. Ø Should be good at People, process and Product management. Ø Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role Ø Good communication skills Ø Should be Pleasant and Friendly 5.Salary Rs. 15000/– to Rs. 22000/- based on experience. Any Retail Experience/ with Jewellery Experience will be an added advantage.
