Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for grooming yourself and providing proper greetings to all customers. Additionally, you will need to attend to and resolve all customer queries, escalating any issues to leaders and cashiers for resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain discipline in timings and store maintenance by being punctual and following batch timings as per the week floor schedule. - Keep the selling area and store clean, tidy, well-lit, and properly air-conditioned. - Achieve individual brand or handset targets on a monthly basis. - Meet individual Wham targets consistently. - Possess and maintain knowledge of products, prices, and offers to effectively communicate with customers. - Conduct detailed customer probing and provide the right solutions or products to ensure conversions. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in customer service and sales roles is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets. - Knowledge of mobile brands and products is a plus.
