Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive (Female) to join our Ernakulam store. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry, preferably in apparel or baby products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain in-store visual merchandising and stock display.
• Handle billing and cash register operations efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Manage stock and assist in inventory counting.
• Provide product knowledge and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (apparel preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, POS)
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
