Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Sales Associate for our saree boutique. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, especially traditional Indian wear, with good communication skills in English and a basic understanding of social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp. This role includes in-store sales, as well as online customer handling and sales via social media. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them in selecting sarees based on their preferences. Demonstrate product knowledge, fabric details, and fashion trends to guide buyers. Manage in-store sales transactions with accuracy and a friendly attitude. Handle online customer inquiries via Instagram and WhatsApp. Share saree photos, videos, and updates regularly on social media platforms. Coordinate packaging and dispatch of online orders. Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise display, and stock arrangements. Follow up with online customers and respond to messages and comments promptly. Support in creating engaging content like reels, product videos, and customer testimonials. Requirements: Basic understanding of fashion and interest in sarees and Indian ethnic wear. Previous sales or retail experience preferred (not mandatory). Ability to communicate in English and local language. Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and online chatting/selling. Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality. Willingness to learn and take initiative in both offline and online sales. Preferred Qualifications: 10th Pass or Below in Fashion Studies / Retail / Arts. Experience in using Instagram Business, WhatsApp Business, or similar platforms.
