As a Branch Sales Manager for a Gulf based company in Bahrain, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the sales operations at your branch. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, developing effective sales strategies, and identifying growth opportunities based on market trends. You will be accountable for setting and meeting sales targets, coordinating sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction, and analyzing sales data to prepare insightful reports for management. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and training the sales team for ongoing enhancement, establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners, as well as actively seeking new customers and generating leads in the market. Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi languages will be advantageous for effective communication and relationship building within the diverse customer base. Your role will involve implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue, managing the sales pipeline, collaborating with marketing teams for promotional activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and providing constructive feedback to the sales team on a regular basis.
