Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
Work Location: Multiple location in Chennai
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift - 9 hour of shift between ( 10:00 am to 9:00 pm )
Salary: ₹21,500 CTC + Incentives
Salary 17500 ctc+ incentives for freshers
Graduation complete or under graduate with 1 year of work experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their needs and preferences.
* Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers.
* Perform eye checkups using store equipment (after training).
* Maintain cleanliness and display of the store as per brand guidelines.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales assigned by the store manager.
* Handle billing, returns, and manage customer queries effectively.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
