Retail Sales Associate

Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent client servicing and promoting our fitness plans to potential customers. The primary role will involve understanding customer needs, offering suitable fitness solutions, and closing sales to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate fitness plans
• Promote and sell fitness plans, memberships, and other related services
• Handle client queries and provide detailed information about fitness services
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and sales
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure lead conversion
• Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets

Candidate Profile:

• Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in fitness and wellness industry is a plus
• Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
