Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Your key responsibilities will include greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, demonstrating product features, handling transactions, maintaining sales areas, replenishing stock, meeting sales goals, and staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends. To excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, previous retail or customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math and computer skills, the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
