Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate – Jewellery with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in reputed jewellery brands. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering a premium in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewellery designs.
• Provide detailed product knowledge on gold, diamond, silver, and precious stone jewellery.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately.
• Ensure proper display, merchandising, and cleanliness of jewellery showcases.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and inventory.
• Coordinate with the backend team for stock movement, repairs, and custom orders.
• Adhere to company policies, store SOPs, and security guidelines.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in retail sales with recognized jewellery brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of jewellery valuation, purity, and certification.
• Customer-focused with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: Higher Secondary / Graduate (preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in branded jewellery retail.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and during festive seasons.
