Retail Sales Assistant

Job Title: Sales Associate – Kidswear

Location: Whizzo Kids Store, Salem
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and understand their shopping needs
• Guide parents in selecting outfits for babies, toddlers, and kids up to 18 years
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation
• Manage billing and basic POS operations
• Refill stocks and arrange garments based on category and size
• Handle customer exchanges or issues with politeness
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support team sales goals

Working Hours:

• Monday to Sunday
• Weekly off on rotation (No fixed Saturday/Sunday off)

Performance & Incentives:

• Quarterly appraisal based on sales performance
• Incentive slab:
• Up to 5% base incentive based on targets
• Additional 1% performance incentive monthly
• Special rewards during festival seasons

Policies:

• Training Period: 30 days
• Post-training, sales name will be added to billing
• Notice Period: 50 days

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th pass or above
• Good communication in Tamil (English is a plus)
• Friendly, active, and responsible
• Passionate about kids and customer service

Language:

• Tamil (Mandatory)
• Basic English (Preferred)
