Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Assistant at Realm by Vaishali, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary role is to assist customers, promote our products, and provide exceptional service that reflects the quality and elegance of our collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Understand customer needs and assist them in selecting garments that best suit their style and occasion.
• Provide detailed information about products, fabric, fit, and styling tips.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, prices, promotions, and store policies.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase overall sales value.
• Manage cash register operations, billing, and payment processing.
• Assist in inventory management: stock replenishment, tagging, folding, and visual merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• Prior retail or fashion sales experience preferred (1–2 years ideal).
• Strong interest in women’s fashion and current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling cash/card payments.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in fashion or retail management is a plus).
