Retail Sales Assistant

As an Executive at ORRA Fine Jewellery, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales conversion, and build long-term customer relationships. You will be required to inform customers about new designs, schemes, and offers, support local area activities, and assist with the try-at-home scheme as per the Store Manager's instructions. Key Responsibilities: - Attend to customer requirements with a focus on driving sales conversion and delivering excellent customer experiences. - Inform customers about new designs, schemes, and offers to promote sales and enhance customer engagement. - Support local area activities in coordination with the Relationship Executive. - Assist in the implementation of the try-at-home scheme under the guidance of the Store Manager. - Follow up with potential customers, conduct visits, and effectively close sales. - Develop and nurture strong and lasting customer relationships. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail sales. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively within a team. - Flexibility in schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
