Job Description

Sales Associate / Sales Executive

Greet and assist customers.
Recommend clothing based on customer needs and preferences.
Upsell and cross-sell products.
Process transactions (cash, card, etc.).
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and stock.
Handle billing and payments accurately.
Manage cash register operations.
Assist in closing/end-of-day cash balancing.
Arrange displays and mannequins to attract customers.
Keep store appearance aligned with brand aesthetics.
Update visual displays seasonally or as new collections arrive.
Manage inventory levels and restock shelves.
Receive and inspect deliveries.
Organize stockroom efficiently.
Perform stock counts and audits.
Assist customers in the fitting room area.
Maintain cleanliness and organization.
Monitor item counts to prevent theft.
Suggest sizes or alternatives.
