As an In-Store Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store. Your passion for sales and excellent interpersonal skills will be key in delivering a personalized shopping experience to our customers. - Greet customers warmly and offer personalized assistance upon their arrival. - Conduct product demonstrations and hair extension trials to showcase the quality and versatility of our hair products. - Listen to customer needs and preferences to suggest products that align with their requirements. - Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and styling tips to enhance customer understanding. - Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing sales. - Maintain a tidy and well-organized store environment, including managing product displays and inventory. - Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty. - Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to better serve customers. - Collaborate with store management and team members to achieve sales objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be required to be flexible in traveling to various locations (National/ International) as needed.
