Hair Stylist

We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Hair & Retail Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines professional hair styling with in-store sales, making it ideal for someone passionate about hair care, beauty, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will be confident in both technical hair services and sales interactions, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Hair Styling & Care:

• Perform haircuts, trims, and blow-drying in line with current trends and client preferences.
• Provide thorough hair washing, conditioning, and scalp care services.
• Apply hair color, highlights, and other coloring techniques.
• Must be skilled in braiding techniques (including box braids, cornrows, and other trending styles would be ++).
• Offer personalized advice on hair care and styling tips.

In-Store Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Greet customers and provide tailored recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product use, including hair extensions, wigs, tools, and accessories.
• Conduct hair extension trials to help customers visualize the final look.
• Clearly explain product benefits, features, and aftercare requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through active customer engagement and upselling.

Store & Inventory Management:

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and store display.
• Monitor and manage product inventory, restocking as needed.
• Keep updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and industry trends.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other team members and store management.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with new products and hair techniques.

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Proven experience in hair styling, including braiding and color services.
• Prior experience in customer service or retail sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hair care, fashion, and client satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
