Retail Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at Hilite Mall Calicut, your role involves ensuring all customers have an impeccable designer wear store experience by developing and maximizing relationships with the store's customers. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales services to improve customer satisfaction. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Working with customers to ensure they find the products they need and are informed about all other services available in the store. - Promoting products with lower movement in addition to other items. - Performing cashiering, stockroom upkeep, and store maintenance as required. - Maintaining company standards for personal sales metrics. - Ensuring adherence to store etiquette and timing. - Performing sales and cash functions accurately and efficiently. - Keeping all products easily accessible, visually appealing, and constantly available. - Assisting in the opening and closing duties of the store. Qualifications required for this position include: - Plus Two/Graduation educational background - 2-3 years of retail selling and/or cashier experience - Knowledge in Customer Relations Management - Skills in interpersonal communication, sales management, and display management are essential.
