Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products.
Showcase and explain features, quality, and pricing of various products.
Assist customers through the purchase process, including billing and packaging.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
Maintain display counters and ensure products are presented attractively and securely.
Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the management.
Keep updated with new product launches and promotions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns effectively.
Coordinate with the inventory and stock team for product availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,883.96 - ₹18,181.89 per month
