We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying customer needs, and providing suitable life insurance solutions to ensure financial security for individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance policies.
• Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
• Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of financial planning and insurance products (preferred).

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Insurance/Banking/Financial Services preferred). Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Age: 21–40 years.
