Retail Sales Assistant

As a Sales Executive in the real estate industry, your role involves driving the sales process by building relationships with potential buyers and ensuring smooth transactions. Your key responsibilities include: - Generating leads through calls, networking, and referrals. - Meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and offering suitable property solutions. - Negotiating price, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively. - Staying updated on market trends, property values, and new project launches. - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Experience in team handling will be beneficial. Qualifications required for this role are: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. - Previous work experience in Real Estate Sales. - Having your own sales team is an advantage. - Gurgaon location experience is preferable. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift availability and performance bonuses. Previous experience of at least 1 year in real estate sales is required, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location will be in person.,
