Job Description

Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable FMCG products
Ensure proper product display, shelving, as per company standards
Handle billing, POS operations, and cash/card/UPI transactions accurately
Maintain daily sales records and prepare sales reports using basic Excel and system software
Monitor stock levels, check expiry dates, and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out)
Receive stock, verify GRN, and update inventory in the system
Prevent stock loss through proper store discipline and theft control
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Explain product features, offers, and promotions to customers
Coordinate with the store manager for re-ordering and system-based replenishment
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store
Support promotional activities and new product launches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
