Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Food Industry (Dealer & Retail Sales) Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to grow our dealer network and increase product sales to retail shops. The role involves acquiring new distributors, supporting existing ones, and driving secondary sales through retailers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new dealers in assigned territory Manage relationships with existing dealers and support their retail sales Ensure product availability in retail shops through dealer channels Coordinate orders, deliveries, and resolve client issues Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Provide market insights and competitor feedback Requirements: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG/Food sector Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with local retail markets and dealer networks Willingness to travel extensively (field role) Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Excel Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Location: Jhunjhunun, Rajasthan (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
