Retail Operations Associate

Role Overview: As the Retail Operations Executive at the company, your primary responsibility will be to manage various aspects of retail operations and ensure seamless coordination between different systems. Your focus will include POS management, sales accounting, inter-system seamlessness, and mall & store coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Own the day-to-day operation of the Wondersoft POS system - Generate daily sales reports and reconcile POS revenue with finance - Ensure data integrity and maintain digital records for audits - Liaise between POS, Unicommerce (inventory system), and internal reporting dashboards - Troubleshoot dataflow issues and escalate to tech support when required - Secure routine permissions from mall authorities and document SOP deviations - Recommend corrective actions to ensure smooth store operations Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience with retail POS systems, preferably Wondersoft - Bachelor's degree in relevant fields - Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills - Ability to work with large datasets Additional Details: In addition to the key responsibilities, you will also need to be meticulous, deadline-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment to excel in this role.
