As the Retail Operations Executive at our company, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of retail operations and ensuring seamless coordination between different systems. Your primary focus will be on POS management, sales accounting, inter-system seamlessness, and mall & store coordination. Your key responsibilities will include owning the day-to-day operation of the Wondersoft POS system, generating daily sales reports, reconciling POS revenue with finance, and ensuring data integrity. You will also be responsible for sales accounting, compliance, and maintaining digital records for audits. In addition, you will need to liaise between POS, Unicommerce (inventory system), and internal reporting dashboards to maintain a single source of truth. Troubleshooting dataflow issues and escalating to tech support when required will be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be required to secure routine permissions from mall authorities, document SOP deviations, and recommend corrective actions to ensure smooth store operations. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with retail POS systems, preferably Wondersoft, a bachelor's degree in relevant fields, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and the ability to work with large datasets. Being meticulous, deadline-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced retail environment are essential qualities for this position.
