Product Portfolio Management Work with brand partners to finalize product ranges suitable for Reise Motos retail and e-commerce channels. Ensure a balanced mix of SKUs across multiple product categories (e.g., riding gear, accessories, lifestyle). Maintain product freshness and relevance in alignment with seasonality and rider behavior. 5. Ordering & Replenishment Raise and track purchase orders (POs) and plan product launch timelines. Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstock and stockouts, ensuring timely replenishment and optimal stock health. 6. Performance Review Monitor monthly brand performance metrics such as sell-through rates, margins, and customer feedback. Recommend corrective actions based on data insights to optimize sales and customer satisfaction. 7. Vendor Relationship Management Maintain and nurture strong relationships with brand stakeholders. Negotiate better commercial terms, exclusive offerings, and collaboration opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 36 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or buyingpreferably in retail or e-commerce.
