Retail Merchandiser

As a Retail Merchandiser, your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute virtual product displays and layouts for retail stores using planogram and visual merchandising tools. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that product placement aligns with promotions and seasonal campaigns. Analyzing customer trends and sales data will be crucial in optimizing virtual merchandising strategies. Your role will also involve ensuring that product visuals and descriptions are accurate, appealing, and brand-compliant, as well as identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities through effective product grouping. Monitoring competitor merchandising strategies and providing improvement recommendations will be part of your regular tasks. Additionally, creating virtual mockups for upcoming product launches and seasonal store setups will be essential to excel in this role. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser, Visual Merchandiser, or in a similar role. A strong understanding of retail marketing and customer buying behavior is required. Proficiency in merchandising software and tools such as planogram tools, Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent is essential. A creative eye for product presentation and storytelling, excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are also important qualities for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience in FMCG, fashion, or consumer goods retail, as well as knowledge of e-commerce merchandising and online product placement.,
