Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Sourcing:
Analyzing market trends, developing product lines, sourcing raw materials (fabric, trims, etc.), and negotiating prices with suppliers.
Production Planning & Management:
Creating and managing production timelines (Time and Action Calendar), coordinating with various departments (design, production, quality control), and ensuring timely completion of orders.
Quality Control:
Monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Communication & Coordination:
Maintaining clear communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams, facilitating smooth order processing and addressing any issues that arise.
Order Management:
Managing order details, confirming orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to the buyer.
Costing & Pricing:
Preparing costing sheets, negotiating prices, and ensuring profitability of orders.
Documentation & Logistics:
Preparing necessary documentation for shipping, coordinating with logistics and shipping departments, and ensuring smooth export processes.
