Retail Loan Sales Executive

• 1. Retail Loan Sales Performance

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly retail loan targets
• Sell Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan and Loan Against Property
• Focus on quality logins, approvals and disbursements
• Ensure consistent revenue and payout generation

2. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition

• Generate self sourced retail leads through open market field activities
• Approach individual customers in residential areas, offices, shops and societies
• Build strong referral base for repeat loan business

3. Customer Interaction and Loan Advisory

• Understand customer financial needs and eligibility
• Explain loan features, interest rates, EMI, tenure and charges clearly
• Recommend suitable loan product and lender
• Maintain transparent and ethical selling practices

4. Documentation and Eligibility Verification

• Collect complete KYC, income and property related documents
• Verify customer eligibility as per bank and NBFC norms
• Avoid fake, incomplete or non-compliant documentation

5. Follow Ups and Case Management

• Follow up with customers for pending documents and verification
• Track applications from login to disbursement
• Coordinate with credit, operations and lender teams

6. Field Activity and Market Coverage

• Conduct daily field visits in assigned or open market areas
• Identify high potential retail customer locations
• Maintain consistent market presence

7. Reporting and MIS

• Update CRM or trackers with accurate sales data
• Submit daily sales, login and disbursement MIS
• Track pipeline and conversion ratios

8. Compliance and Brand Representation

• Follow RBI, bank and DSA compliance guidelines
• Avoid mis-selling or false commitments
• Represent company and lender brands professionally

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
