Retail fitout

As a Retail Fitout Specialist at Dominos (Jubilant Foodworks Ltd.), you will be responsible for overseeing the layout, design, and decor of retail spaces to ensure they meet company standards and enhance the customer experience. This full-time role is hybrid, based in Mumbai with the flexibility of working from home. Your daily activities will include collaborating with contractors, planning and executing retail fit-out projects, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and providing regular progress updates to the management team. To excel in this role, you should possess strong retail sales and customer satisfaction skills, have a profound understanding of product offerings and customer service, and exhibit excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in managing retail fit-out projects would be advantageous. A solid grasp of health and safety regulations in retail settings is essential. The role demands both independent work capabilities and effective teamwork. While a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
