Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Retail Field Executive to manage sales and in-store execution across an assigned territory. This role involves regular market visits, relationship building with retailers, order generation, and ensuring strong product visibility to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory KPIs
• Visit retail stores regularly to generate orders and build strong relationships
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand market presence
• Ensure proper product availability, display, and visibility at stores
• Execute in-store promotions and marketing activities
• Conduct basic product training or demonstrations for retail staff
• Track competitor activity and market trends
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in retail field sales, preferably in edible oils or FMCG
• Strong understanding of local retail markets
• Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and selling ability
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
